Lost an item at the airport?

Please go to the information point located in the departure area of the terminal or complete the online loss form.

Our Lost & Found service will get back to you as soon as possible.

NB: For items lost on board a plane, bus, VTC, Taxi or in the lounges are taken care of by the concerned services.

Beyond 6 months, they are subject to an inventory and handed over to ANACIM.
